Let’s just dive right in. I love the packaging of this lipstick. It is sleek, pretty and functional. The formula itself is not hydrating in my opinion. I definitely still need balm. But it’s also not drying either. It smells divine, like chocolate. But it’s not so overwhelming that it bothers you. However it is not smudge proof at all and will need several reapplications. I feel the wear is the quality of covergirl to be honest. I wouldn’t personally purchase this again.
