REVIEW: Urband Decay Lo-Fi Lip Mousse

Packaging - 4 (very good)
Pigment - 3 (average)
Texture - 4 (very good)
Application - 3 (average)
Wear - 2 (not very good)
Overall:

I was not impressed by this new lippie at all. I think that Urban Decay was trying to create an alternative to a liquid stain. I just am not a fan of this overall. Let's start with the packaging. It almost got five stars because it is sturdy and trendy. It's very on-brand for Urban Decay. But it comes with an "applicator tool" which is basically the weird foam eye shadow brushes you get for free in an Almay Palette or that you buy in a pack of twenty for a dollar. I felt it really did bring down the overall experience. A mini lip brush or foregoing the application tool altogether would have been better in my opinion.

When you touch it is super spongy and whipped, which is really fun. It is a little crumbly though which is a bummer, and it dries out quickly. It has very little pigment. It says it has "build-able" coverage but it's powdery nature makes building it up without it wearing off quickly nearly impossible. It is supposed to be water proof, but I definitely did not have that experience. I also felt like it wore off within an hour or two. I definitely did not get long lasting wear from this. I would pass on this if I were you.
