Healthy Diary 2/22/18

I have actually been doing fairly well. I finally got my ass to the gym! I have been doing pretty good about going three times a week. I do my own cardio and strength work outs on Mondays, Wednesday I take a barre class and finish with a little more cardio, and then Fridays I take yoga and then I do an additional hour of cardio and strength training. I am really proud of myself.

Then last week I went on a little vacation, and my life was just kind of overall hectic. I didn't hit the gym once, I ate out A LOT and I need to get back on track. I am planning on the gym tonight, and I am going to meal plan for the week too! I am excited to get back on track and to keep loosing a little weight.
