Health Diary 1/31/2018

I am not doing well. I figured I should be areal and accountable to you all when it came to this fact. I have been to the gym once, and it lasted about 20 minutes. There I learned that I hate spin class because it hurts to sit on the bikes and they do not make spin bikes that are small enough for people of my height. Then my husband tweaked his back which was the perfect excuse for us to vamoose!

I have been doing very well with my healthy meal planning and I hope to get to the gym tonight and to finally get on track! More recipes to come soon!
